Payment Policy

Client agrees to pay full payment for services on the due date provided on their invoice.

In order to protect against other client losses, there is a booking fee of $50 to be paid immediately. This amount is deducted off the total invoice, and non-refundable if you cancel the booking.

Booking fee increases to $75 during peak pet sitting season (Dec to Feb).

Any additional expenses such as additional days, veterinarian or groomer appointments etc will be due at time of visit.

Liability Waiver

Frolic will endeavor to offer only sound, safe, and responsible care for my animal(s). However, I recognize that Frolic is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions.

I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service.

Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my animals at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frolic of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my animals while under Frolic care and under my own care as a result of following any instructions given me by Frolic.

I understand the inherent risks of owning animals, including but not limited to the risk of bites to myself or others.

Additionally, Frolic will act with all due respect and caution in my home in my absence and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frolic of any and all claims of damages to my home.
